Gizlilik Politikası
Şans Oyunları ("uygulama"), bağımsız geliştirici Nesim Razon ("ben") tarafından yapılmış; Çılgın Sayısal Loto, Süper Loto, Şans Topu, On Numara ve Milli Piyango çekiliş sonuçlarını gösteren, rastgele kupon üreten ve kuponlarınızı sonuçlarla karşılaştıran bir uygulamadır. Uygulama resmî değildir, Milli Piyango İdaresi ile bağlantısı yoktur ve uygulamadan oyun oynanmaz. Bu politika, uygulamayı kullandığınızda hangi bilgilerin işlendiğini açıklar.
Topladığım bilgiler
Uygulamada hesap yoktur; adınızı, e-postanızı, konumunuzu ya da başka kişisel bilgilerinizi istemez. Hiçbir veri satmıyorum. Elime geçen bilgiler, aşağıda anlatılan sonuç sunucusu kayıtları, anonim kullanım istatistikleri ve çökme raporlarıdır.
Çekiliş sonuçları
Sonuçlar, benim işlettiğim sansoyunlari.space sunucusundan indirilir (sunucu, sonuçları herkese açık resmî kaynaklardan derler). Her web sunucusunda olduğu gibi bu sunucu da istek sırasında IP adresinizi ve istek zamanını görebilir; bu kayıtlar sadece sunucunun çalışması ve güvenliği için kullanılır. Uygulama sunucuya kuponlarınızı, bilet numaralarınızı ya da sizinle ilgili başka bir bilgi göndermez. İndirilen sonuçlar internetsiz de görülebilmesi için telefonda saklanır.
Telefonunuzda saklananlar
Kaydettiğiniz kuponlar, aradığınız bilet numaraları ve bildirim seçimleriniz sadece telefonunuzda kalır; bana ya da başka birine gönderilmez. Uygulamayı kaldırmak ya da verilerini silmek bunları siler.
Bildirimler
Ayarlarda bir oyun için bildirimi açarsanız, uygulama birkaç saatte bir sonuç sunucusunda yeni çekiliş olup olmadığına bakar ve yeni sonucu bildirim olarak gösterir. Kuponunuzun tutup tutmadığı telefonunuzda hesaplanır. Bildirim için Android'in izni istenir; istediğiniz zaman ayarlardan kapatabilirsiniz.
Reklamlar (Google AdMob)
Uygulama ücretsizdir ve Google AdMob reklamları gösterir. Reklamları sunmak, ölçmek ve dolandırıcılığı önlemek için Google, cihazınızın reklam kimliği, IP adresi, IP adresinden çıkarılan yaklaşık konum, cihaz ve uygulama bilgileri ile reklamlarla etkileşiminiz gibi bilgileri toplayıp işleyebilir. Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık veya İsviçre'deyseniz, uygulama kişiselleştirilmiş reklam göstermeden önce Google'ın onay formuyla izninizi ister. Seçiminizi istediğiniz zaman uygulamada zil simgesi → Gizlilik seçenekleri bölümünden değiştirebilirsiniz. Reklam kimliğinizi telefon ayarlarından (Ayarlar → Google → Reklamlar) sıfırlayabilir veya silebilirsiniz.
Kullanım istatistikleri (Google Analytics for Firebase)
Uygulamayı geliştirmek için, örneğin hangi oyunların ve özelliklerin kullanıldığını görmek amacıyla, uygulama Google Analytics for Firebase'e anonim olaylar gönderir: açılan oyun ekranı, kupon üretme ve kaydetme, bilet aramanın sonuçlu olup olmadığı, bildirim seçimi, paylaşma. Kupon sayıları ve bilet numaraları gönderilmez. Bu olaylar adınıza değil, rastgele bir kurulum kimliğine bağlıdır; istatistikler için reklam kimliği toplanmaz. Google maskelenmiş IP adresinden kaba bir konum çıkarır. Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre'de onay formunda yaptığınız seçime uyulur.
Çökme raporları (Firebase Crashlytics)
Uygulama bir hata yüzünden kapanırsa, sorunu düzeltebilmem için Firebase Crashlytics'e bir çökme raporu gönderir: hatanın teknik ayrıntıları, cihaz modeli, Android sürümü ve uygulama sürümü; rastgele bir kurulum kimliğine bağlı olarak. Çökme raporları kişisel bilgi içermez ve reklam için kullanılmaz.
Paylaşma ve videolar
Bir sonucu "Paylaş" ile paylaştığınızda Android'in paylaşım menüsü kısa bir metinle açılır; siz seçmedikçe hiçbir şey paylaşılmaz. "Çekiliş videosu" düğmesi videoyu YouTube'da açar; YouTube Google Gizlilik Politikası'na tabidir.
Uyarı
Sonuçlar bilgi amaçlıdır ve yanlış ya da gecikmeli olabilir. İkramiye için resmî sonuçları esas alın. Üretilen kuponlar tamamen rastgeledir; kazanma olasılığını artırmaz.
Çocuklar
Uygulama 18 yaş altındakilere yönelik değildir ve bilerek çocuklardan kişisel bilgi toplamam.
Haklarınız
Yaşadığınız yere göre (örneğin KVKK veya GDPR kapsamında) kişisel verilerinize erişme, düzeltme veya silme haklarınız olabilir. Sizinle ilgili kişisel veri tutmadığım için reklam verileriyle ilgili talepler Google'a yapılmalıdır. Her türlü soru için bana yine de yazabilirsiniz.
Değişiklikler
Bu politika değişirse yeni sürüm, yeni yürürlük tarihiyle bu sayfada yayınlanır.

Privacy Policy
Şans Oyunları ("the app") shows draw results of the Turkish lotteries Çılgın Sayısal Loto, Süper Loto, Şans Topu, On Numara and Milli Piyango, generates random tickets and checks your tickets against the results. It is made by Nesim Razon, an individual developer ("I", "me"). The app is not official, is not affiliated with the Turkish National Lottery Administration, and no games can be played in the app. This policy explains what information is handled when you use the app.
Information I collect
The app has no accounts and never asks for your name, email, location or other personal details. I do not sell any data. The only information I receive is the results server logs, anonymous usage statistics and crash reports described below.
Draw results
Results are downloaded from the sansoyunlari.space server, which I operate (it compiles results from public official sources). Like any web server, it can see your IP address and the time of the request; these logs are used only to run and secure the server. The app never sends your tickets, ticket numbers or any other information about you to the server. Downloaded results are stored on your device so they can be viewed offline.
Information stored on your device
Your saved tickets, searched ticket numbers and notification choices stay only on your device and are not sent to me or anyone else. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes them.
Notifications
If you turn on notifications for a game in the settings, the app checks the results server every few hours for a new draw and shows the new result as a notification. Whether your ticket won is calculated on your device. Android asks for your permission for notifications; you can turn them off at any time in the settings.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The app is free and shows ads provided by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google may collect and process information such as your device's advertising ID, IP address, approximate location derived from the IP address, device and app information, and how you interact with ads. Learn more in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app asks for your consent through Google's consent form before personalised ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time in the app under bell icon → Privacy options. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads).
Usage statistics (Google Analytics for Firebase)
To improve the app, for example to see which games and features are used, the app sends anonymous events to Google Analytics for Firebase: game screens opened, generating and saving tickets, whether a ticket search found a prize, notification choices, sharing. Ticket numbers are never sent. These events are linked to a random app installation ID, not to your name, and the advertising ID is not collected for analytics. Google derives a coarse location from a masked IP address. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland this follows the choice you make in the consent form.
Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics)
If the app crashes, it sends a crash report to Firebase Crashlytics so I can fix the problem: the technical error details, the device model, Android version and app version, linked to a random installation ID. Crash reports contain no personal information and are not used for advertising.
Sharing and videos
When you tap "Share" on a result, the app opens Android's share menu with a short text; nothing is shared unless you choose to. The "draw video" button opens the video on YouTube, which is subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer
Results are for information only and may be wrong or delayed. Always rely on the official results to claim a prize. Generated tickets are completely random and do not improve your chances.
Children
The app is not directed to anyone under 18, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under Turkey's KVKK or the GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data. Because I do not hold personal data about you, requests about advertising data should be made to Google. You can still contact me with any question.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
